Returns & Replacements

We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

  • Returns or replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • A replacement or refund will be provided for:
    • Damaged items
    • Defective products
    • Incorrect item received
    • Wrong size received by our error

Non-Returnable Situations

To maintain product hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong size.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography lighting.
  • Return requests made after 7 days from delivery.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.

Quality Verification

To ensure a smooth resolution process, customers may be asked to provide:

  • An unboxing video.
  • Clear photos of the product and issue.
  • Order details for verification.

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
