Returns & Replacements
We want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.
- Returns or replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- A replacement or refund will be provided for:
- Damaged items
- Defective products
- Incorrect item received
- Wrong size received by our error
Non-Returnable Situations
To maintain product hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Orders where the customer selected the wrong size.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Minor color variations caused by screen settings or photography lighting.
- Return requests made after 7 days from delivery.
- Products without original tags or packaging.
Quality Verification
To ensure a smooth resolution process, customers may be asked to provide:
- An unboxing video.
- Clear photos of the product and issue.
- Order details for verification.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
